Julie-Anne has been a part of the Investment Planners group since 1997 in Macomb IL. Beginning in the role of Office Manager and becoming a licensed advisor in 2006, she has had the opportunity to learn front and back office sides of the business. Her focus since becoming a licensed advisor is to assist individuals in achieving their financial goals, from college planning to retirement. She enjoys educating clients so they fully understand the process and encouraging them to be actively involved in the decision making process. She particularly enjoys working with young adults and teaching a Financial Planning 101 class for the ROTC program at Western Illinois University.
Julie-Anne grew up in England and came to the US as a military wife moving frequently due to her husband, Larry’s, career. Western Illinois University brought them to the Macomb area, and they found a permanent home there. Larry and Julie-Anne raised a son, Kyle and a daughter, Meghan.
Julie-Anne has been a member of the Morning Centennial Rotary club since 2008, serving as Youth Exchange Counselor, International chair and President. She has also served as President of the Macomb Food Coop, board member of Big Brother’s Big Sisters, Altrusa, Performing Arts Society and the Macomb Police Pension Board.
